The information we collect from buyers is used to fill orders, to contact buyers if we have questions about purchases, or to send email specials if we have your permission. We never give or sell your information to a third party.
We will take appropriate steps to protect sensitive information. We also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not used for marketing purposes.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Lace Frontals/Full Lace Front:
A consultation is required for the Dallas Metro Area Clients, measurements will be taken at the time of consulation and a full explanation of how to care for your Lace Front Unit.
There are two payment options:
1) Paid in Full, and
2) A deposit of 50% of the price of the total cost is due upon ordering and the remaining balance is due upon the delivery of the Lace Frontal/Full Lace Front. All deposits are non-refundable.
In Stock Wigs are designed for S-M-L and can be ordered and delivered within 4-6 business days Cost $50.
Custom Wigs are available and are highly recommended:
If you are needing a specific color or head shape is larger than 23" in Circumference. They are customized to your head shape. They can be ordered and delivered within 6-8 weeks.
Please Note on Lace Frontals, Crowns Customs, and Full Lace Fronts:
No Refund Policy:
All deposits on the Lace Front Unit /Frontals are non-refundable.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no exceptions to this policy. If you were shipped the wrong item in-stock lace wig, you may return the item for an exchange for the correct one or another of your choosing.
EXCHANGE POLICY: We offer NO exchanges on custom order units and or Worn Customed or In-Stocks Wigs.
CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS: If you cancel an order for customized products (like custom wigs)you will be charged a 30% CANCELLATION FEE on Lace Wigs paid in full. If deposits were made all deposits will be non-refundable. A in-stock wig can be ordered in replace of the custom.
After an order has shipped, no returns or cancellations are possible and you will be charged the full price for the order. To cancel an order, you must call us at 214-563-2450 to obtain a cancellation confirmation number. Email messages are are also accepted.
Cancellations MUST be done no later than 24 hours after placing order and making payment.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
